COMMISSION-BASED APPOINTMENT SETTERS

We are hiring a Commission-based Appointment Setter/Cold Caller who will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing new real estate leads through direct contact with current owners. We will provide the necessary tools and training. Payment is $50 per appointment booked. BPO or Sales experience. Preferably with Real Estate experience (willing to learn if none)
Job Description
• Call a minimum of 20 leads per day and log details of calls
• Data entry for current and new leads, including calendaring future activities
• Provide daily reports of sales activities to leadership
• Manage all leads through third-party software provided.
• Research and gain familiarity with target markets and properties
• Collaborate on a daily basis with team members
Qualifications
• Experience in Sales/Cold Calling
• Real Estate experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent in English with strong conversational skills
