Recruiting Researcher Philippines
We are looking to hire a 'Recruiting Researcher' in the Philippines.
This person must have a personal computer with Internet and Microsoft Office skills, 24/7 access to the Internet, be fluent in English oral and written, to find qualified candidates worldwide who have not been referred or have already applied for a position in our online advertising marketing company.
The internet has made it possible to identify the right people to reach out to, but has also introduced an incredible amount of noise and distraction. We need to continue to find and hire the best people in the world, and need help identifying those self-starters, go getters and entrepreneurs.
You'll get to do things like:
Locate interested employees using LinkedIn, Twitter, Github, Dribbble, Google, and other social media sites.
Come up with creative ways to source new candidates.
Identify and evaluate new data mining tools to be used to accelerate your work.
Continually answering the question, “who should we be reaching out to?”
It'd be great if you had:
. Genuine curiosity in people and conversations
. A history of learning and picking up on new skills quickly
. Research experience and the ability to think analytically about problems
. Grit
. The ability to get up to speed and understand how things work
. An addiction to the internet
. An interest in the technology community
