As part of the Dion Training team, anyone interested in the role probably understands the need to be flexible when it comes to work hours. Also, depending on the types of projects that the company undertakes, as a Front-end Developer you may need to work during early mornings, evenings, or weekends to oversee projects that would interrupt business during normal operating ---------- pensation structures for our employees vary and are a hybrid of salary and performance-based bonuses. Dion Training recognizes that many employees need flexibility in work schedules and work location in order to meet childcare, family, and other needs. To this end, we believe in a very liberal working hours policy. All tea ---------- mbers, regardless of their physical location, are expected to attend the weekly staff meeting either virtually (over the internet) or ---------- is important for you to report to the staff meeting on time with your weekly update and to avoid any unnecessary absences for these regularly scheduled ---------- t all jobs are suitable for telecommuting, but to the maximum extent possible management will support all reasonable requests based on your position and workload. Due to the geographically diverse student base that the Company serves, we often get requests for support and assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To meet this demand, employees and contractors may work during a normal workday schedule (for example, 9am to 5pm) or during nights/weekends as needed to accomplish their work. If you are an exempt employee, you are expected to work approximately 40 hours per week but will have the flexibility to determine when those hours are worked and on which days with your manager’s approval.

Due to our policy which allows for maximum flexibility, it is imperative that all tea ---------- mbers be responsible when choosing their working hours and ensuring that they can still meet production schedules and deadlines, as assigned.
