Content Writer with a focus on SEO

I'm looking to hire someone for about 20hrs a week. The person would work to create content to support SEO efforts. Guest post copy to support linkbuilding, blog content for clients, ---------- finitely a plus if you've written specifically with an SEO-first focus and can do keyword research to support your content (using tools like Ahrefs, SurferSEO, etc.).
