Requirements
Experienced ESL teachers
Has been working as a home based ESL teacher for at least one year.
Available from 4pm to 11pm.
We also accept tutors who are already working with other companies who want to fill in their vacant slots.
With a stable DSL internet at least 2 mbps at home.
Willing to start right away

Payment system
We offer fixed rate and per class rate.
For the first and second month, since accumulating students takes time, we give 6,000 pesos with or without students for four hours and 7,000 pesos for five hours of work.
On the third month, the teacher can choose whether to stick with fixed rate or switch to per class rate.
For fixed rate, 7,500 pesos a month for 4 hours straight in the evening plus student incentive (student incentive depends on the minimum number of students)
For per class rate, 60 pesos per 20 minutes of class plus student incentive.
We pay once a month thru BDO or PayPal.
