Customer Service Specialist

Hey there! We are looking for an experienced, well-versed and self-starter customer service representative for Fataima Ahmad.

First, a little about the business.... Fatima Ahmad is a busy entrepreneur who runs a balloon decor business that delivers creations to the Washington DC Upgrade to see actual info is her goal to scale up and build her team while giving exceptional customer experience to her clients.

Next up....what are we looking for?

We are looking for a well-versed (both written and oral), polite and patient customer support specialist who can assist her in the day to day tasks. Ideally, the candidate would mirror the values of her business which includes:

*Managing high expectations from clients

In short, she believes in doing a job well and delivering on her promises and services.

Responsibilities:

We need a self-starter, results-driven, and detail oriented customer support specialist who is able to take charge, and grasp easily the product details and services and be able to complete the following tasks with minimal supervision:

*Customer service management
*Social Media Management
*Administrative Management


Softwares and Tools:
-G Drive
-Google Workspace
-Trello
-Dubsado
-Zoom
-Slack or other communication apps



A few other things you might need to know:
*I work in the EST time zone.
*I am offering a part-time job at the Upgrade to see actual infont, with a possibility of going full-time.

Strong written and verbal English skills are a must. Excellent grammar is essential in this position.
