You will be expected to generate between 7 to 15 attended appointments per day as well as participate in ongoing professional development as well as new product and market training.
Previous Call Centre or inside sales experience is necessary.

- Cold call prospects through multiple channels to generate new sales leads (Hunting)
- Handle inbound leads and filter them based on their & our requirements (Farming)
- Research & hunt for a new client/partner and work closely with existing and new partners to continuously identify opportunities with partners to grow together.
- Prepare web audit & proposals that delve into the weaknesses of prospects’ online presence
- Ask questions, listen and assess if prospects are a right fit, while advising them on the right approach
- Understand leads or client's challenges, and suggest innovative solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meeting for IceCube consultant or Client salesman to hit personal appointment/sales targets
- Communicate with the consultant team or Client sales team to schedule appointments
- Update internal CRM software for accountability
- Able to meet a tight schedule and deliver on revenue and sales targets.
