Full time Virtual Accountant

We are a fast growing System Integration & Digital Marketing Company based in Hong Kong. This is a full time remote working Virtual ---------- requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Work Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm. Must have no other jobs.

What we are looking for:

Requirements:
- Min. 2 Years experience working in Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Familiar with accounting system such as Zoho Books etc.
- Proven experience working with international companies, understand tax treatments in UK and Hong Kong
- Solid experience managing and auditing firm

Job Duty:
- Working with CPA to complete the annual audit process
- Check and matching all incomes and expenditures and report it correctly to the CPA
- Manage daily bookkeeping task such as Issuing invoices and receipts to the client and follow up overdue payments
- Explore incorporate structure for tax optimization
- Analyze company cost structure and report to CEO
- Online and offline files administration and document control
- Excellent english writing and speaking
- Being persistent
- Good communication
