Ghost Writer (Book, Academic)

I am looking for a professional ghost writer, with fluent English language proficiency for a 3 months project which will require 40 hrs of work per week. Task will include helping me to write a textbook for academic purposes, the topic is: professional coach training. I am happy to pay 600 US dollars per month during probation period (1 month) and 800 US dollars for ongoing work, if probation is passed successfully. You'll need to produce 19,000 words every week (about 38 pages with single spacing or 76 pages double-spaced when using normal 1-inch margins, 12 pt.), I'll be providing you with an outline, and we will have Zoom meetings for content generation- you can ask me questions, and I can answer them, and my answers will serve as content foundation. I am looking for an experienced ghost writer, who has work examples of past books written by them to show me during interview and selection period.
