ATTENTION TO DETAIL BUT ABLE TO HOLD A CONVERSATION! Experienced UK Property Manager (3 Positions)

We are looking for a Property Lettings & Management coordinator to help our UK & Asian support offices. You would ideally have experience with UK property lettings and management ---------- , US and Aussie experience is fine.

You will need to be Highly organised bordering on OCD but still be able to pick up a phone and chat effortlessly in English. Full training will be given, you can also undertake your UK qualifications.

We have flexible working hours and so its great for parents with young kids who need to organise work around kids but we are equally happy with singles :) Working times are flexible - Monday to Sunday 40 hours per week flexible shift start timing between 1pm - 1am Philippines through to UK Working hours .

We operate a bit differently than solo working as a virtual worker, we have our daily zoo ---------- eting so you will be able to interact with the other Filo team (25 of us) and UK team (15 of them).

You must have a mastery of the English language. There is also the chance to earn more if you can handle phone calls and we have the chance for progression so you could be managing a team or a portfolio of our landlords eventually.

We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a property lettings and management arm of around 1300 properties in the UK. Our owner is based in Singapore. Our General Manager in Singapore is Filipino (Richel) and Owners are Aussie (Brett and Arlene, who is half Filo).

We are not your usual estate agency in that the majority of our business is selling new build and off plan developments as well as managing them.

Salary would be full time monthly with 13th month paid on the anniversary of your year or Christmas (pro-rata).
