Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About The Role
We are looking for a creative, hungry, forward-thinking social media manager / content creator to manage content across our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube). You are obsessed with all things social, know all the latest trends and challenges to be able to trendjack to grow the account. You are interested in skincare. On top of managing social content, you would need to help create creatives for our ads campaigns and be good at video editing.

Responsibilities
• Help source and create beautiful, engaging, entertaining content to help drive the brand across all social media feeds.
• Be at the forefront of the latest trends by monitoring online conversations, competitor feeds and what’s trending in celebrity culture and society to make suggestions to the brand for future creative.
• Work within a variety of social media management tools and content management systems for scheduling and publish content on a global scale.
• Develop and build the brands fandom through tactics and activations to drive engagement.

Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
• Must have an excellent eye for great pictures and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Digital design experience (animated gifs, short videos etc…)
• Ability to use Photoshop & video editing software (PremierPro, AfterEffects)
• Ability to create professional looking and aesthetically pleasing photo and video content.
• Great people skills, positive thinking, strong sense of empathy.
• Ability to convey ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing.
• Addicted to social media! Knows the ins and outs of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok.
• Hungry to learn and be willing to expand your scope. You will need to be a self-starter as you need to learn from training videos. At times, we will provide paid trainings on topics that we believe will help you grow.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
• Must commit for 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. This is a full-time position. You have to be flexible to help out in other scopes of work if necessary.
