Administrative Assistant

We work with a broad demographic population that suffers from a wide range of mental illnesses. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is highly fluent in speaking English, highly organized, culturally competent, great communicator, energetic, compassionate, hard worker, and has experience in business administration, customer service, supervising a team of professionals, working with health insurance companies, and working abroad with US customers. A highly reliable internet and remote capability is required. Minimum of Bachelor Degree and management experience is required.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing Intake Coordinators
Intake Coordinator Responsibilities: Answering phone calls, screening client referrals, verifying insurance coverage, communicating client information to assigned therapist, admitting client into client portal, scheduling appointments, following up with pending referrals.
*Administrative Assistant would be expected to learn and perform these duties, as needed.
Provider Onboarding
Issuing Provider Onboarding Lists, credentialing new providers to health insurance panels, and any additional responsibilities to assist providers.
Oversee Billing Department
Billing department responsibilities: Submitting insurance claims as needed, troubleshoot rejected claims, send invoice statements to clients, follow-up with payment issues (outstanding private pay, co-pay, or coinsurance), preauthorization requests, reconcile insurance claims, update electronic health records system to reflect client payments, prepare reports, etc.

Advertise counseling services to local vendors and assist owner with networking and contract development.
Oversee Social Media and Advertising Platforms
Assist with payroll and complete provide analytics
Approve content, develop content, and set up provider profiles
Provider training as needed to Intake Coordinators
All other duties assigned within the capacity, scope and experience of Contractor’s abilities.
