Facebook and Google Ads expert

Are you our new Facebook and Google ads expert?

We are a hospitality marketing agency in Australia and we work with cafe's and restaurants as our clients.

We are looking for a Facebook and Google ads expert who can work with our awesome Australian marketing team and team of VA's in the Philippines to manage and optimise ads for our clients and get them results!

Our team can take care of creative (copy and design) all you need to do is setup, launch, split testing and optimisation using custom/ lookalike audiences, retargeting and advice on creative adjustments to produce better results

This role will be solely focused on...

- Facebook and Google ads setup, monitoring and optimisation
- advising our marketing consultants on best course of action, audience and offers for best results for each client

... and may also include helping our team connect to client marketing CRM's , using Zapier, troubleshooting connections to client accounts within Meta or Google

Other tasks required may include:

- Connecting campaigns to a clients CRM contact database and making sure the connections are live
- We use a CRM called Sproutsend for all our clients although if you have used CRM's or marketing tools like Hubspot, Active Campaign or Klaviyo then you'll learn quickly
- Attention to detail and pride in your work and making sure it launches correctly and runs correctly is very important- if this sound like you, great!
- You will also need to be familiar (or confident figuring out) how to troubleshoot tech challenges as they arise on these programs and monitoring/ testing your own integrations/ connections
- Ability to listen to a voice message or screen share video in English and transcribe what's being said
- Ability to be proactive in researching clients FB, IG and websites to find the information required for some campaigns
- The programs we use are Sproutsend, Zapier, Facebook ads, Google ads Gmail, ---------- and Slack

- You will need your own computer and good internet speed for working from home and video calls with the team

- Attention to detail in your work and fast communicator on Slack
- Not afraid to suggest improvements to make your own job or other tea ---------- mbers jobs better and easier - If you are confident bringing ideas on how to get better and organise the work you would be a great asset to the team
- Consistent and punctual showing up to work
- Fluent understanding of written and verbal English (you will receive instructions for tasks both written, as voice messages and screen share videos )
- Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm AEST (Melbourne, Australia)
