• Assist in creating marketing materials, writing blog posts and preparing promotional presentations.

• Using Pipedrive CRM, maintain contacts that are established in LinkedIn, scheduling introduction meetings and providing supporting information.

• Schedule podcast guests to the (Life Science Success) podcast. Help with planning and finding guests.

• Aid the President of the company with finding and booking guest appearances on podcasts.

• Help the President of the company with growth related tasks (i.e. building training and marketing materials). This will be done through ConvertKit.

• Using common SEO tools help in generating ideas for new content and positioning.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of SEO tools and techniques

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Good English writing and communication skills

• Well organized
