We are a product development, import and sourcing team based in Southern California (Pacific Standard Time ) specializing in custom developed products and programs for major retailers in North America. We are looking for someone to grow with us.
List of responsibilities:
• Team lead and support and President.
• Liaison, support and follow up on Import shipping and order processing with factories located in China, Vietnam, creating, processing and reviewing commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Forwarders Cargo Receipts, following up on the overall shipping and document deadlines
• Actively review and provide written weekly summary analysis of client Import shipping status, Cargo ready dates as it relates to our products to advise factories and our logistics liaison in our China office.
PLEASE NOTE: This is full time work (M-F, 40 hours per week) and not an entry level position; this job is challenging and we expect you to bring your best.

About YOU.:
• Have Supply Chain experience, implementation of quality standards, excellent follow up, handling of documents related to international shipments in all aspects of shipping and document processing.
• Work with Customs Brokers preparing documents for customs clearance
• You are someone who is proactive, has drive where we sometimes have to tell you to slow down rather than having to encourage you to take action. Able to learn new skills quickly.

• Must have strong interpersonal abilities, organized in project management, attention to detail & follow up oriented, able to meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving ability and able to quickly identify and rectify mistakes. You learn skills quickly.
• You need to be an excellent communicator, fluent in English both written and spoken. You need to ask a lot of questions.
