We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced web/digital graphic designer to join our small but vibrant team on a remote work freelance contract basis.

We are seeking a designer who has at least 2-3 years web/UI/UX design experience, designing creative, engaging, user-friendly homepages and websites that are functional and effective, delivering leads and generating sales for clients, whether selling services or products.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will work closely with our Director, Client Services team & Programmers. You will have the ability to take a design brief from clients and internal team and come up with suitable print or digital design solutions.

Web Design
You will be capable of, and your responsibilities will include:
Working on web design projects from initial brief through to completed XD/psd design ready for programmer,
Understanding not only design but good homepage and webpage structure and navigation
Understanding client/project managers requirements,
Researching other best website designs & features in the sector,
Preparing flowcharts & wireframes as necessary,
Designing initial sample homepage and internal page(s),
Taking client/project manager feedback and implementing same through to finished design files

Print & Digital Design
Ideally you will also have some experience in print & digital design with the ability to design print promotional materials, POS, advertisements, logos, brochures, etc. as well as digital design for web banners, Google & social display ads, ezines, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Min. 2-3 years’ experience
• Excellent working knowledge/experience of Adobe Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience of Premiere Pro & After Effects also of benefit
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small dynamic team
• Liaise closely with our Client Services Manager and Lead Web Programmers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of design projects
• Maintain project time/billing sheets
