Alpha Bravo Properties is a Real estate investment firm looking to hire a tea ---------- mber as a virtual assistant whose primary role will be lead generation, outbound cold calling, texting, and admin work. Our primary goal is to help people in distressed situations that are looking to sell their properties. The right candidates must possess the following necessary skills:

-Clear communication
-Experience in the following systems: Call tools, REI Reply, Prop stream, Podio.
-Attention to details
-Fluent in English
-Able to build rapport with sellers
-Open for coaching / Feedback
- Active listening skills.
-Real estate / cold caller experience
-Data entry
