Accounts Receivables (A/R) Focal

Our company is 25 years in the field of Managed Technology Services and has also ventured recently into Outsourcing Solutions. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive "can do" attitude to join our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Building relationships with customers to ensure timely payment
• Ensure customers are aware of/adhere to our company’s’ payment policy
• Customer account reconciliations (Accounts Receivable (A/R) & Accounts Payables (A/P))
• Prepare regular Daily/Weekly reports to higher management
• Update internal database
• Manages company accounting email
• Spot inefficiencies in A/R & A/P process and spearhead continuous improvement

The Successful Candidate of the Accounts Receivables Focal has:
• At least 2 years of AR collections experience or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to collect high volume receivables
• Excellent reconciliation skills
• Nice to have nut not required an accountancy, finance, business management, or related course.
• Excellent comprehension in both verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt and learn new software systems
• Intermediate skills in excel; includes knowledge of basic formulas
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• High-level attention to detail

*Paid Monthly Internet Connection reimbursable up to PHP2,000.00.
**Potential to go on Full Time.
