This person is responsible for providing technical support to our clients. He/she should be technically strong and a quick and adept problem solver. He/she should have very strong communication skills. When operating in this role, he/she will be the face of SPK to our clients.
This technician will work closely with our technical delivery team, and have internal support and an escalation path for assistance with issues. We are looking for someone with previous experience providing Technical Service Desk support. This position does involve providing application support, however we can provide training on the specific applications needed. But, the candidate needs to have experience with Windows OS Desktop technical support. He/she will be troubleshooting application related issues on Windows OS, and network related issues on Windows OS.
Success Criteria:
-Assists with review and distribution of tickets.
?Owns assigned issues until resolution.
?Meets deadlines and expectations for deliverables.
?Resolves issues involving Windows OS Desktops/Applications and networking.
?Learns resourcefully via vendor-provided training and product manuals, reviewing peer-to-peer documentation, and one-on-one mentoring.
Technical experience desired:
Windows OS and Application Troubleshooting
Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Slack, Word, Excel, Gmail, Chrome
