Authority Solutions® is a digital marketing agency that focuses on Web Design and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in order to increase revenue for it's clients by bringing new prospects to them through the Internet. The company was founded in 2014 and has grown year over year and has worked with remote workers in the Philippines since it ---------- thority Solutions® focuses on marketing to the Medical and Legal industries but also has an array of other types of clients as well that find them or get referred in. The company plans to 3X its revenue in the next 12 months and is looking for the right team to accomplish this together.

JOB OVERVIEW
SEO Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in On & Off-Page SEO and a proficiency in WordPress web design. This candidate will be responsible for many clients' rankings and will need to be able to create a strategy, implement that strategy, and report on those results monthly.

BASIC & SOFT SKILLS
- Self Guided Research (have to be able to find answers on your own)
- Time Management (show up on time for meetings, complete all tasks in allotted timeframe)
- Independent Worker / Self-Starter (does not need daily supervision to stay on task)
- Organizational Skills (organization of tools, files/folders, client data & reporting abilities)

PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proven experience managing SEO campaigns
- In-depth experience with analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Semrush, AHrefs)
- Experience with servers and webmaster tools (WHM, cPanel, FTP, Cloudflare)
- Working knowledge of WordPress (Experience with Elementor and Oxygen - is a BIG Plus)
- Extensive (and Up-to-Date) knowledge of SEO ranking factors, algorithms & best practices

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation, implementation, management, and continual Improvement of SEO campaigns
- Provide monthly reporting to all clients outlining SEO campaign results
- Management of internal SEO tools
- Management of PBN's
- Daily documentation & reporting of tasks completed and in-progress

WORK SCHEDULE & HOLIDAYS
- All staff work a split shift so we can communicate on pertinent tasks or have tea ---------- etings as needed with the US leadership.
- As a company we observe all US holidays, as well as PH public holidays (New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Bataan Day, Labour Day, Phillippines Independence Day, National Heroes' Day, Bonifacio Day, Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Christmas Day, Rizal Day). We work hard and value time with our families.
- After 90 day probationary period all staff qualify for leave with proper notice based on employee handbook regulations

SALARY RANGE
- Full Time
- Salary Based Pay
- $650-$1250 (based upon knowledge, technical abilities, and experience)
