Appointment Setter and Lead Generator for podcasting business

We are a business that teaches podcasters how to get more downloads and increase their audience. We are looking to hire someone to join our team long term and receive a monthly salary with bonuses for each sale we make from your appointments. The bonus would start at $100 per sale

You will do jobs such as:
- generate cold email leads based on our requirements
- import leads into our cold email service and reply to these leads
- generate leads on Facebook and send them cold messages to book appointments
- provide feedback to us on a 30-minute weekly call on how things are going

You MUST:
- be prepared to do a video interview on Zoom
- have lead gen & appointment setting experience
- have fluent level English to converse well with English-speaking podcasters when setting appointments
- be always analysing your work to improve your skills
- have good problem solving skills
- be free to work at least 30 hours a week
