Our Australian based client is seeking a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support their busy Opticians ---------- municating verbally and in writing is required in both languages, our client has a high volume of Vietnamese speaking customers. The main responsibility of this role is handling all incoming and outbound telephone ---------- sential Functions:
· Answering the telephone confidently in English and
Vietnamese
· Booking appointments via telephone and emails
· Liaising with staff and customers
· Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
