Do you enjoy creating graphic and video content? Do you have a creative personality and get-it-done mentality? If so, we'd like for you to join our team as a video editor/graphic designer. We’re looking for someone who’s really passionate about creating engaging graphic and video assets.

This role will be responsible for assisting the marketing. sales, and client care team by creating digital assets to support various organization and departmental goals. The video editor/graphic designer is the front-line defense for ensuring that all assets are aligned with the company brand guidelines. This individual will play a vital role in assisting with the development of social media content.

Looking for an experienced multimedia designer to create content to post in social media for multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Tiktok, and other platforms yet to come! Needs to be a great communicator; part of the role will consist of writing captions with the CEO so you must be excellent written English. You will be representing various influencers so you must be adept at analyzing clients and aligning their "brand personalities" and communication styles in posts.

Detailed Responsibilities

You’ll be working closely with the CEO & Marketing Manager to identify assets that are needed for production. You will be expected to take initiative in your role and find deliverables that can be accomplished when none is assigned. Your primary responsibilities will include:

+ Ensuring all digital assets adhere to branding guidelines
+ Create promotional content for social media platforms.
+ Write captions for promotional content across platforms.
+ Assist in collaborating and strategizing with clients while setting expectations.
+ You might be focusing on editing videos (except reels), promotional graphics/vids and rush content.
+ Create graphic assets such as social media posts, flyers, email banners, PDF documents, slideshare presentations, logos, and other graphic assets as required.
+ Create video assets for use on various social media platforms and other platforms throughout the internet. Will also be responsible for editing long-form videos for YouTube and courses that we create.
+ Take initiative and constantly evaluate areas where assets could be produced to help support the organization's goals.
+ Work with the content team to plan and conceptualize campaigns.
+ Submit performance reports as requested.

REQUIRED Skills & Experience

To do this job, you’ll need :

+ Graphic design and video editing experience (2 Years)
+ Photoshop & Illustrator experience (2 Years)
+ Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro experience (2 Years)
+ Exceptional English Communication Skills
+ Social Media Savvy
+ Superb story-telling ability through design and video.
+ A desire to standout.
+ A fast learner
+ Detail oriented
+ Ability to use communication and project management softwares like Slack, Monday, Google Suite, and etc.

+ This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays 9AM - 5PM PST
+ You’ll qualify for 4 vacation leaves and 4 sick leaves after a 6 month probation period.
