JOB OVERVIEW

Manage and follow up with IT vendors on IT service level delivery,
infrastructure/hardware issues and errors

· Comfortable with hands-on technical responsibilities and be
on-the-ground to assess and solve technical problems

· Drive standardization of infrastructure, security including
policies and procedures

· Manage IT operations including managing Servers, Office 365,
Backups, virtualization, and other infrastructure related tools

· Participate in IT infrastructure projects, audits, and routine
exercises such as Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises

· Help to ensure that infrastructure/cloud solutions implemented in
the Company are economically viable

· Ensure security, compliance, governance, and policies are adhering

· Collaborate with all sites of IT vendors as well as internal
application project and support teams to provide technical knows-how related to
infrastructure and security

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or Computer Engineering.

· Minimum 10 years of IT related experience in infrastructure and
operations within which at least more than 8 years of Linux platforms
technologies experience

· Possesses ITIL, ITSM certifications

· Strong familiarity with server virtualization, security, backup,
software and or hardware

· Working knowledge of cloud services. Knowledge on GCP will be an
additional advantage.

· Experience in GCP and Hybrid (On-premises & Cloud)
architectural environment

· Proven knowledge of infrastructure, cloud designs for global
context

· Have good experience and proven track records in project management,
stakeholder management and vendor management

· Strong leadership, people management skills, excellent
communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
