Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree holder (preferably Business related courses)
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Proficient in both oral & written communication skills
• Technically proficient
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Duties & Responsibilities:
• prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• arrange and coordinate meetings and events
• record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
• monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
• answer and manage incoming calls
• receive and interact with incoming visitors
• interact with external clients
• other tasks assigned by the President
