Qualifications
• Hungry and Motivated (very very important!).
• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or related major.
• At least five (5) years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting preferably with an enterprise software company.
• Good to have: Experience w/ Web Technologies, CRM, LMS, and Marketing Automation.
• Good to have: Experience in APIs, technical definitions, and stitching solutions between different software ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical abilities, attention to detail, stability, responsibility, and client focus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a client-facing team.
Job Description
The Technical Presales Consultant will be responsible for driving mostly the technical and partly the commercial aspect of the sales processes for The Sales Machine Platform. This includes acting as the client's trusted advisor from value proposals through to contract finalization. Throughout the sales process, he/she will represent our clients to internal stakeholders and technical operations teams, giving input for the overall direction of The Sales Machine Platform.
The Technical Presales Consultant thrives in both commercial contexts and in the technical domain and can navigate in both contexts, and bridge across them. He/She will have lots of client contact, both commercial and technical, so presentation skills, both in person and online are essential.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Understand The Sales Machine Platform's solution and roadmap and chart multiple offerings and stated needs.
• Manage collaboration with client technical teams to gather business and technical pain points and insights and arrive at solutions.
• Proactively communicate to the Revenue Operations teams - ensuring they are aware of changes in product delivery plans.
• Work closely with the Revenue Operations teams to review account opportunities and influence sales processes to leverage the best of The Sales Machine Platform's product suite and solutions offerings.
• Manage communications with existing and prospective clients to communicate/present The Sales Machine Platform's unique value proposition during executive presentations, demonstrations and
solution discovery sessions.
• Partner with The Sales Machine Platform Technical Operations Group to implement proposed solutions and with the Sales team for deploying the same to clients.
• Identify solutions that are through the core product or through a custom solution using market research
• Enable the sales team on The Sales Machine Platform's new products by conducting regular product trainings, identifying sectors and use cases, and building collaterals (pitch deck, product document, case studies, etc.)
• Help the Technical Operations Group with market research, competitive analysis, product roadmap, GTM strategy, etc
• Work with leadership on technology roadmaps/expansions.

This role will primarily work with the Revenue Operations and Solution Management teams to make sure the Platform or any special development projects meet the needs of our end clients.
