JOB OVERVIEW

• Follow up on leads gathered during marketing efforts.
• Sets appointments for project presentations to prospects.
• Conduct project presentations with the approval from the Sales Manager and/or Sales and Marketing Key Persons.
• Present, transact and close deals with prospects.
• Manage clients’ concerns/requests and channel them to the concerned department/s.
• Ensure that each client receives outstanding service, maintaining solid project knowledge and all other aspects of client service.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Assist in showing the client the model units and aids them in choosing a unit.
• Communicate client requests to management.
• Assist in completing all documentary requirements of the client.
• Assists in marketing efforts initiated by the company, such as booth manning, open houses, etc.
• Prepare and submit sales report and other reports that may be required by the Company, in a form and within the deadlines prescribed by the Company.
• Comply strictly with all directives, instructions, procedures, guidelines, circulars, etc., issued by the Company and which it may, from time to time, issue to its agent in the performance of his/her duties;
• Abide by the decisions of the Company with respect to disputes which may arise from his/her performance of his/her obligations, including conflicts with clients, colleague, Company officers and employees.
• Conduct himself/herself professionally at all times in his/her dealings/transactions with clients and colleagues, and to always observe punctuality, courtesy and honesty in such dealings/transactions.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year real estate experience
• Male or Female, 25 to 35 years old
• With pleasing personality
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Client Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements
• Willingness to travel and work long hours even on holidays
• Excellent communication, human relations and presentation skills
• Must be creative, with strong analytical and problem solving skills and high attention to details
• Has a positive work attitude, cooperative, willing to comply and adhere to company policies and procedures and work constructively within the department as well as with the other departments
• Well knowledgeable about MS Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Movie Maker and Photoshop)
• Willing to be assigned in Baliuag, Bulacan.
• Five (5) Full-time position available
