Real Estate Accountant

Looking for a full-time accountant or financial analyst with experience in the real estate industry, preferably residential leasing and property management.

Our company focuses on buying/leasing multi-family apartments and single-family homes that we lease out to individual renters. This role would help with the property acquisition side through creating financial models as well as assist with the property management by handling bookkeeping, payments, and administrative work.

- Strong Excel Skills

Work Schedule:
4am-12pm Philippine Time
