JOB OVERVIEW

We are a wholesale distribution company located in Los Angeles, Upgrade to see actual info addition to selling to our regular retail clients, we have stores on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Faire. We are currently looking for someone with accounting, shipping & routing, and inventory management experience.

Responsibilities:
• Accounting: Input and manage purchase orders and invoices
• Shipping: Process and route orders, create shipping labels, input orders for fulfillment
• Inventory: Manage inventory in dual 3PL warehouses

Must have:
• Actual experience with proven success.
• Timeliness, accountability, and communication
• Technical Skills: Project & inventory management.
• Accounting experience: Order fulfillment, shipping & routing orders.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, must have excellent oral and written English skills.
• Personal Skills: Accountable, responsible, punctual, proactive, resourceful with a positive attitude.
• Tech-savvy, smart, and loves doing research
• Proficient with Google sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other related applications

Experience: This is an advanced position that requires experience and is NOT an entry-level position.
You must be willing to work Pacific Standard Time hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with some overtime and weekend work when needed
