Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a professional, well-spoken person who has with great customer service skills. You will be working a majority of your time on the computer and phone making phone calls to several prospects to ensure that our deal close on time.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail & text ---------- ping Real Estate Properties
Managing Seller and Buyer Leads in Podio CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
Contacting Attorneys and Title Companies for updates to ensure a smooth closing.
Build rapport with clients, listen, solve problems, overcome objections.
Adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into database.
Market homes to potential buyers
Collect offers from buyers
Sending out Purchase Agreements to buyers.
Follow up with sellers and buyers weekly keeping them updated until the deal closes.

Pay & Scheduling:

We will have you start Part Time with the opportunity to be a Full Time Employee, after careful consideration.
We pay every week on Monday.
We will have a 2 week probationary period, where we will determine if you are a good fit for our company.
Starting pay for the first two training weeks will be $3/HR.
After the 2nd week the pay will increase to $4/HR.
We will provide a $100 Bonus for every lead you converted that we buy. "Earn the possibility of making an Extra $100-$300 per month on top of your base pay!"

Part Time will be 5 Hrs a Day - 5 Days a Week
Full Time will be 8 Hrs a Day - 5 Days a Week *Over Time is included only a weekly basis if asked*
