Real Estate Professional--Short-term

I am looking for a Short-term Rentals: Airbnb/VRBO/Furnished Finder Leasing Agent who will be responsible for marketing and filling our property at full capacity.
This person should be able to effectively manage and coordinate leasing activities and have the available resources in order to accomplish property objectives and maximize occupancy levels and property values for our company.

This person must have experience in handling Airbnb listings. You should be able to do everything from the ground up such as: make the listings, create the content (content writing), and coordinate with me.

Our goal is to achieve full capacity and attain “Super Host” status. You should be able to close monitor bookings, respond to guests' inquiries right away, coordinate with management and respond to guests in a timely manner.

Build listings from zero and have a FULL GRASP ON HOW RENTING ON AIRBNB WORKS.

We are looking for individuals who are very fluent in English and can easily and fluently communicate with our guests.
