Experienced Social Media Guru

We are a home improvement contractor located in a suburb of Los Angeles, California. We're looking for one social media guru that can help us grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, LinkedIn and maybe a few others I haven't considered.

We also want to use social as a recruiting tool. We are always in need of qualified installers, and we need someone who can help us target those people on social and encourage them to apply for a job.
