General Purpose
Carrier Recruiter- Part time for 4 hrs + (hours may change depending on the need)

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Perform marketing through multiple marketing channels such as Email Marketing, Text blasting, and Cold calling.
Build relationships with these individuals and extract detailed information that is needed to help service their needs.
Available to work from Monday to Friday 8am-12pm CST or 1pm-5pm CST
Require laptop with feature atleast Icore 5 or Macbook Pro
Require fast speed internet with backup

Experience
Atleast 5 years of experience in Sales
Atleast 2 years of experience in power dialer
Atleast 2 years of experience Inbound and Outbound
Call center experience is a plus

Key Skills and Competencies
Negotiation skills
Sales training
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Marketing Campaign - SMS, Cold Calling, Email, etc
Ability to speak fluent english
Required atleast 3 mins sales voice recording
