We are a leading Singapore-based multi-award winning beauty brand that is committed to products that are functional, sustainable, and affordable. We’re looking for a talented, adaptable and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist with B2B experience and a track record of delivering growth in healthy and beauty companies. You will work directly with the BD Manager and the company founders and take ownership across a range of tasks in lead development, marketing, social media and operations. Most importantly, you’ll access valuable insights about what it takes to build and grow an early stage startup.

The focus of this position will be on lead development and marketing, including the following tasks:
Lead generation
Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities
Build contact data for key accounts
Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
Build and update target lists for sales, and identify priority targets and prospects
Collaborate with Sales on lead quality and conversion
Constantly challenge and reassess the lists of priorities to ensure the company is focusing on the best opportunities
Nurture, qualify and develop leads for the BDM
Profile target accounts and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for BDM
Marketing, research and analysis
Contribute to our social media and marketing strategy
Assist in reinforcing our partnerships with various corporates in the region
Analyse growth opportunities in the Southeast Asia market
Gather intelligence on competitors and produce analysis from that research
Requirements:
Be ambitious, a team player and ready to make an impact
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have past experience in lead generation, marketing or sales
Be an independent and highly motivated fast learner
Generate leads, nurture prospects and close deals with direct founder support
Provide input to content development, social media interactions and product development
Analyse and report on growth opportunities for existing revenue growth and expansion
Be business fluent in English
Flexibility to work remotely with our HQ is based in Singapore
