Job description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2-5 years experience in Human Resources in a FOOD manufacturing company
Possessing a flexible personality that can impose authority and become a confidante at times
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
Highly optimistic and energetic
Residents of North Caloocan or the surrounding barangays
30 - 45 years old

Responsibilities.
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Build organization in a cost-effective manner
Hiring competent staff and managers
Proper documentation, secure storage & retrieval
Develop a company retention culture
Conduct Exit Interviews with documentation
Knowledgeable in general HR best practices
Maintains a company-first mindset (loyalty)
Monitor KPIs on a group and individual level
Takes on more responsibility & remedies crises when needed
