I'm looking for a transaction coordinator to package SBA loans for me. I will teach you exactly how to do it. We do a lot of real estate volume, so I would love someone that I can teach that can be with us long term and that can be a part of our company family. I own a consulting business and this is just one of my clients. I have several other clients in the real estate sector (along with other sectors/industries as well) and so there will be even more opportunity for you once we can make sure you first have this SBA loan process down pat. This is the most pressing need that should take about 10-15 hours a week to complete your weekly tasks. Ideally, if you want more than 15 hours per week, I would be happy to hire you full-time if you have experience in digital marketing, social media, or event planning. (I can potentially hire more than one person, so if you have experience in only some of that, that's ok)
However, for now in these first two weeks, I just need to make sure whoever we bring on board can do this one (very important) task of packaging SBA loans very well.
The other jobs that will be available soon are centered around Facebook ads, social media and digital marketing. So, any experience you have in those areas are definitely a plus because those are the other area we need help in. But for now, teaching someone to master this packaging of SBA loans is the most pressing need. After you have that mastered, we will have lots of other jobs for you...
This first task of packaging SBA loans should take 10-15 hours/week. Assuming a full time 40 hour workweek is paid at $800/month, to begin with for the first two weeks (just to make sure it's a good fit for everyone, we will pay $75/week for 15 hours of work).
You are welcome to just stay at 15 hours per week if you want ($75/week), however, if you would like to be hired full time (and have a desire to do some digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, or event planning for the remaining 25 hours/per week), there is definitely opportunity for that.
I'm looking for someone to start on or around Friday, April 1st. Paid weekly for the first two weeks (15 hours per week) at $5 per hour. (=$75 per week). After the first two weeks (assuming it's a good fit), it would then increase to a full-time position at $800/month (paid weekly at $200/week.
