Shopify Store Manager

1: Managing VAs for customer service
2: Managing Gorgias and customer expectation
3: Adding and researching new product, able to write simple product descriptions
4: Stock take and ensure stocks are available for sale
5: Reply customer dispute and paypal claim
6: Liaising with warehouses in US and China for inventory
7: Preparing reports for month end and check staff schedule
8: Managing new product e-mail (Klaviyo) with copywriter's help


Experience with shopify and e-commerce is a MUST. Take note this job is full time and KPI based.
