Web Developer

Summary and Purpose of the Role
The web developer will be required to design, layout and code website of all brands. He / She will manage, maintain and update the existing sites.

Responsibilities and KPIs
1. Translate and adapt business and marketing requirements into design of web pages.
2. Responsible for developing, testing, deploying and maintaining web content & providing web development and user-experience design (Interaction Design / Accessibility / Usability) necessary for executing online marketing tactics for the various websites and sales channels.
3. Maintenance and updating of website and related applications including but not limited to testing and identifying technical problems and trouble-shooting, security updates and prioritizing needs. Ensuring cross platform compatibility and establishing links.
3. Performs database design, analysis, coding and testing of programs for various batch and online functions as well as unit and user support, acceptance testing, screen generation, system maintenance, production support and documentation.
4. Design and update website with but not limited to new designs and web applications, including writing custom scripts, ensuring functionality and scalability, reliability and security of the website.
5. Understand target audiences and purposes of websites to determine the functionality the site must support.
6. Search Engine Optimization during web development process.
7. Maintain effective working relationship with marketing team, collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to incorporate their requirements into web creative to meet business requirements.
8. Perform other duties as assign by the management.

Technical Skills & Work Experience Required :
1. Four (4) or more solid related experience in a IT or Telecommunication company
2. Photo Editing (Adobe, illustrator, adobe fireworks, dream weaver, flash etc.)
3. Advance knowledge with hands on experience in VB, C#, .Net, CSS, C++, PHP, XML, JavaScript and Framework, HTML, SEO and Security Principles.
4. Able to effectively manage resources, meet deadlines with tight time constraints.
5. Experience in online marketing / Search engine marketing experience a plus.

Education & Certification Required:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineer or equivalent.
2. Certificate in web design and development (Desired not required).
