About the Job
We are looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager with both strategic and hands-on experience in major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for a new eLearning ---------- this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our social media presence, management, and operations as well as our social mission. Your central goal is to help grow our new project’s brand awareness, audience reach and engagement, increase traffic, and most specifically to generate leads and conversions.


Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for Hiveologie and our social mission
- Focus on social media development – strategy/campaigns management, copy, postings, hashtags, ads, and community management.
- Interact with audiences across social media accounts through commenting and responding to DM’s.
- Work with our designers and apply our strong brand standard.
- Increase and maximize brand awareness.
- Review, analyze, and improve social media content strategy to align with overall content and business objectives.
- Manage content calendars and strategic development of social media content planning and synchronizing marketing plans across social media platforms.
- Acquire new customer leads and convert to course and closing gift sales through the management of online social channels.
- Incorporate ad and funnel strategies
- Lead the execution of both B2B and B2C social media strategies primarily for the US market.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the eLearning and industry sectors we serve to enable continuous optimization of marketing activities.
- Social mission specifically includes honey posts, bee posts, marketing our new closing gift honey products and helping with orders where needed.
- A/B testing for all campaigns with analytics review weekly/campaign.
- Prepare accurate reports on our social media marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Report daily on progress and priorities


To Succeed You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in social media and digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of various channels, social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be up to date on the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.

- Knowledge using well-written copy and design elements to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Experience working remotely, and to be comfortable working during 8.00-5.00 EST (Eastern Standard Time).
- Results orientated team player able to work independently under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Knowledge in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) would be advantageous.
- Strong, written, and oral proficiency in English
- To possess a high-performance computer with fast Internet connection
