Wordpress Developer/Webmaster

PURPOSE OF JOB

We are looking for a Wordpress Developer who is also going to be the webmaster of Generation Success. The Web Developer will be responsible for strategising and implementing web experiments to help improve our consumer user journey.

You will have Conversion Rate at the forefront of any ideas and concepts that you create for the business.

*Please note that this is a full time job (8hours per day, 40hours per week) and is not a freelance project or for contractors.

Working hours: Weekdays 9am - 5pm UK time

Key Responsibilities
Take the lead on the website redesign project and liaise with other stakeholders ensuring objectives are met, delivered on time and meet KPIs
Design and Implement SEO strategy
Day-to-day website management ensuring content is updated and SEO optimised
Design and develop landing pages for marketing/event campaigns
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
To assist the manager in routine activities and perform any assigned task.
Monitor website metrics & improve the performance.

Skills & Requirements

Good experience in designing, developing (and ideally leading) web development
2+ years of Wordpress experience
On Page and Off Page SEO Experience
UX/UI Knowledge
Familiarity of Google Analytics
A hands-on approach to project work, involved in every stage of the project with ownership and responsibility for the outcome.
Motivated, self-starter, wants to ‘own’ their area of the business; follows marketing plan and engages necessary resources to meet set goals.
Experience in project management is a plus.
Familiarity with ClickFunnels is a plus.
Familiarity with PHP, HTML, Java Script or other coding language is a plus.
