Bookkeeper - Xero - Australia

Are you a Pro with Xero and Hubdoc?
Are you familiar with Stripe, Airwallex, Paypal and other payment gateways?
Are you familiar with the Australian tax system?
Are you comfortable writing invoices, reconciling payments and expenses?
Are you detail-oriented? Reliable and do you have a degree in accounting?
Are you self-motived, and do you like to learn and grow?
Are you teachable and like to get feedback on your work?
Can you work unsupervised and follow instructions?
Can you meet deadlines, and does it bug you if you're running late finishing a project?
Are you willing to work on Australian time?

If your answer is yes, then you might be just who I am looking for.

We're a small digital agency in Australia and we need help with our Upgrade to see actual infoitially, you would start off reconciling client payments and expenses. But over time you would help with sending invoices and other duties, such as preparing monthly cashflow reports and forecasts.
Your job would also include finding missing invoices in our email inbox or go to third party platforms to retrieve said invoices.

Must haves:
Excellent English skills, written and verbal
Reliable, fast internet connection
Excellent Computer Skills
Team player with an ability to work unsupervised
Desire to learn and grow
At least 6 years of job experience
Degree in Accounting

I am thinking to kick things off we're looking for 3-5 hours per week, split over 2 days.

The goal is to keep our books up to date and clean.
