Executive PA to C-Suite

I am the CEO & Founder of gigCMO, and we are looking for an experienced Executive PA t to join our small and growing team.

The successful candidate must be fluent in English, organised, a super user in word, excel and PowerPoint and excellent general administrative skills. For example, in excel must know how to create pivot tables, use of macros.

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Maintaining confidentiality
• Assisting with any administrative task
• Organising files, and folders on OneDrive, SharePoint and other drives
• Managing projects - able to create Gantt chart
• Transcribing notes
• Managing and organising Basecamp following our playbook
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, excel files and word documents to a high standard
• Creating and writing up formal and informal written briefs and tasks following the oral briefs from the CEO & COO
• Setting appointments
• Work closely with COO and CEO to write up, monitor and update company processes and standards

The candidates must provide demonstratable capabilities through certificates/learning progression on the software mentioned above.

We are located in the UK and support clients in the UK, Sweden, the US and other countries. We also have a delivery arm called Magnacca & Associates, which provides agency services primarily supporting gigCMO engagements. Our clients range from cleantech to fintech, e-commerce, extreme sports to deep AI, and archaeology to opera.
