Hey there,

I run a digital marketing agency and currently looking to hire someone to help me build out my PERSONAL BRAND. Below are the following requirements we are looking for from someone, if you do not have these requirements PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!

REQUIREMENTS:
? At least 1-year experience of in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

? Speaks English FLUENTLY

? Can understand English well enough to transcribe videos

? Looking to eventually work with us FULL TIME

You will help us scale our personal brand by editing Instagram REELS which will be recorded for you and uploaded to Google Drive. We are looking to upload at least 1 Instagram REEL a day, so you can expect to edit 30-40 Instagram videos a month.

These videos will range from 30 seconds to 60 seconds long depending on the topic. To give you an idea of what type of video editing we are looking for, please watch the Instagram REEL below.

The main concept of this video edit will be to transcribe the words being said in the video and match them to the voice. As the video below shows, you will need to add the proper emojis which relate to what is being mentioned in the video. This is why we require whoever we hire to have a good understanding of the English language.

Depending on how well your work is, there is a good chance that we will hire you to work with us past the initial 30 days, and we will pay you more than currently stated in this job post. This will be negotiated before the initial 30 days are over.

Furthermore, if you end up working with us past the initial 30 days, we can also hire you to handle the video editing of my personal brand's YouTube channel. On this channel, we will be uploading 2-3 videos a week, which means you can expect to edit 8-12 videos a month.

These videos will require simple video editing, unlike the REELS video where you have to put words on the videos to match the voiceover. You will be required to edit the videos by cutting out unwanted parts, adding a before video intro and after the video ends once the video is done.

You will also be required to create a thumbnail for the video that looks like the below youtube channels video thumbnails.
