I am looking for a Full-time YouTube Manager to help me with my channel.

I have a YouTube channel. My channel name is Authentic Psychology. I am very good at what I do but I need someone to take my role so I can focus on my business more and create content.

So this is what I am looking for.

I will be creating the videos for YouTube. Uploading them to YouTube.

Then I will need someone to Create the Titles, The Descriptions, the Thumbnail, the timestamps, Pinned Text, End Screens, ETC.

I need someone who is EXTREMELY proficient in YouTube SEO. Someone who understands the algorithm in and out.

Please let me know what experience you have with YouTube before applying. I will be looking for someone full-time once I am happy with the work.

Before hiring I will be doing some "tests" to see if you would be a good fit for my company. I will pay you $5 for the test of course but it's to see if I like your style and work.
