Sher Agency is looking for a motivated Front End WordPress Developer that is up for becoming part of the team for long term growth.

Monthly tasks include:

• Manage monthly software updates of client websites (WordPress)
• Design websites in Adobe XD and in WordPress
• Develop WordPress themes for new client projects
• Apply new plugin features to client websites (WordPress)
• Work to resolve issues related to WordPress websites and client hosting
• Building websites in page builders based on the approved design style (not a finished mockup) and applying CSS/coding as needed
• Assist in maintaining client’s website speed performance and security

Qualities we are looking for:

• English fluency
• At least 5+ years experience with Adobe design programs
• A free thinker, willing to look for answers
• Strong visual / UI Design skills
• Confidence in coding HTML5, CSS3, PHP and JavaScript.
• Fully understands responsive coding.
• A team player who is happy working in a small team or 5-10 people.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in cross-browser compliance issues.
• Experience in web hosting performance and security issues.
• Confidence in web design, responsive design, graphic design
• Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication

Special requirements:

• A computer that is two years old or less
• Willing to work during US business hours
• Adobe Creative Cloud subscription
