Solutions Architect / Software Development Lead - in training for department head - Drupal focus

Our long standing Australian based IT Consultancy company has recently won new and exciting international projects, we are expanding our development capabilities.

This is a Remote role; we currently seek a seasoned Solutions Architect (or a software Development Lead who wishes to elevate to SA role) who can establish and manage a remote software development team, architect software solutions, create product specifications, conduct product testing, oversee project delivery, report directly to upper management and when necessary 'fill in' for other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

The successful applicant will have had a minimum of seven years IT experience, five years within programming roles, possess business acumen, be a strong communicator in English (verbal and written).
It is envisaged that the candidate will be keen to work closely with us, to lead, be committed, at times be flexible, and be of a mindset for future advancement and a long-term secure role.

As a full-time position, it is required that the candidate will work this role and be available 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri (40 hours), remuneration will reflect your experience and suitability to the position, payment will be made each 14 days and deposited directly into your Philippines bank Upgrade to see actual info would be considered an advantage to have experience with any of the following:
