We are looking for an Energy Sales Consultant to join our team! As a Call Center Sales Consultant, working from home you will be the main liaison between our company and new potential customers. Your main goal will be to effectively provide a cheaper energy price through our preferred energy retailers. All customers will be warm transferred to you, your job is to compare their current energy retailer’s prices to ours and provide the customer a saving, then follow through with the sign up of the customer.

*Call Centre Representative duties and responsibilities*
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Make over 200 outbound calls a day to new customers.
• Provide customers a free bill comparison and aim to convert the customer into a sale
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
• Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
• Follow our company's communication “scripts”
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Follow our customer engagement strategy
• Meet and overachieve qualitative and quantitative targets
• Hybrid roles, able to sell multiple products in multiple divisions
• Working on both the Australian energy division and Australian VEU division

*Call Centre Representative requirements*
• Previous experience in a sales role
• Previous experience in a call center role
• Great English communication skills
• Track your own work on a daily basis and compare it to benchmarks
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listener
• Adaptable to different personality types
• Customer focus
• Ability to multi-task
• Set priorities
• Excellent time management skills
• High school degree
• Positive attitude
