Required (10+ hr/wk) Multi-faceted VA for a Real Estate Company

Hello, our company is based in Texas and we focus in real estate investments. Our company is growing and needs an extra hand - first as part-time and scale as we grow.

We require a multi-talented person that can do the following:
Current tasks:
- Finding and scheduling networking events + adding it to my calendar
- Creating beautiful posts about Real Estate in Social Media
- Learning and managing a CRM tool (Mailchimp)
- Data entry into a financial model to analyze properties (video instructions will be provided)
- Sorting and finding properties within the proper criteria on broker websites

Ideal background would be someone with strong excel, financial analysis or accounting experience with 5+ years of experience. This will be useful when entering numbers from a financial statement into the underwriting sheet. A candidate has knowledge in MS office tools. Lastly, we are looking for a trustworthy and reliable partner to work with in the long term as we continue to grow the company.
