Has experience using Wordpress
Has experience editing video
Has experience with video editing software like Movie or Final Cut Pro
Has experience editing audio
Has experience uploading podcasts
Has experience using Photoshop
Has experience with YouTube
Can cut out unwanted parts of video and audio
Can adjust volume levels for host/guest of Podcast
Can remove noise distortions (clicks, hisses, pauses, fillers etc)
Has experience with SEO on YouTube
Can convert audio files to MP3
Can add ID3 tag for branding
Has experience using DropBox
Can write excellently in English


Daily Reporting and Accountability:
Quick report emailed to me at the end of each day you worked summarising what you worked on and any progress or problems

Proposed Compensation
Maximum number of hours per month: 70

Daily Work Description
The duties and responsibilities for this particular role

Will receive video files from me via Dropbox
Will edit the video, removing pauses, adjusting colors and volume, adding music where necessary, adding particular logos and icons where applicable
Will add applicable intro/outro to video
Will save ready for YouTube and place back in Dropbox file for approval
Once approval is received, will upload to YouTube using appropriate SEO
Will turn the video into an audio file for podcast use.
Will save audio as MP3
Will add applicable intro/outro to audio
Will upload audio as a podcast
Will upload video as a podcast
Will create promotional image for each episode to be used for promotional purposes (you will be given templates)
Will upload final products to necessary location
will provide full show notes (min. 500 words w/bio, major points, quotes & interview links - these will need to be approved)
