Transformational Video Producer Needed.

We're looking for a talented video producer to join our growing team at Scendancy! Our producers enjoy the ability to work on training products, case studies, testimonials, youtube videos, marketing videos, ad videos, and sales videos for our clients who are made up of coaches and trainers, as a benefit, many have indicated how much they've learned just from the people's videos they're editing.

We're in the game of transformation at Scendancy. We capture stories of the human experience, and convey that in a way that creates an emotional connection with the viewers. The ideal candidate for our production team is someone who is not afraid to make mistakes, and be vulnerable, someone who is not afraid to try something new, learn, and better their skills. Someone who is looking to grow with a company.

The most important thing about Scendancy is the culture we've created with our team, we have a mixed team of members from both the US and PH, and have spent quite a bit of time creating a culture that people enjoy being a part of. Training calls happen weekly to learn new production skills and we provide additional programs to help train people on video production, and audio production. We care deeply about our tea ---------- mbers, you're not just another number or a transaction to us.

The expectation here is that the right person who joins our team will grow from part time to full time as demand increases and we get to know each other, build trust as a tea ---------- mber, and complete projects together.

Technology is also important part of the role, the right person is equipped with high speed internet, adobe creative cloud, and a PC or Mac that can handle the demands of graphics editing with ease.

The right person for this role also has a working and efficient understanding of Adobe Premiere and After ---------- ndidates interested in this role will reply with their email address, examples of their work, internet speed test, PC specs, your personal career goals and favorite quote. The interview process will involve meeting the owner as well as our project manager who is also based in PH.
